QED Legal are currently seeking a Residential Conveyancing Fee Earner, to join our well respected client in Hertfordshire. Offering WFH.

We are looking for someone with experience assisting on cases to join their friendly and established residential team. You will be expected to have roughly 1 to 5 years case handling experience.

The type of residential transactions you should have exposure to are:

• sales
• purchase
• leaseholds
• freeholds
• remortgages
• transfers of equity

If you do not have experience on a couple of the above, we still welcome applications. However please note if you do not have case handling experience within residential conveyancing, you will not be considered.
