Job Description:

Residential Conveyancing Assistant - Cheltenham

My client, a highly reputable law firm who have an excellent reputation locally is currently looking for a Conveyancing Assistant to join their high performing property department in Cheltenham.

The Role

• Deal with and respond to client enquiries
• Assist the fee earners with all aspects of their caseloads
• Assist with Freehold, Leasehold, Sales, Purchases etc.
• Service existing clients to an exceptional standard
• Deal with post completions
• Open and close files for the solicitor

The Candidate

• Possess a minimum of 12 months experience in a Conveyancing role
• Experience in dealing with clients face to face or over the phone
• Knowledge of Sale and Purchase transactions
• Have excellent attention to detail
• Have the ability to build strong client relationships
• Possess excellent interpersonal skills
