The Role You will manage a small but high-value caseload of residential property transactions, including sales and purchases, working closely with senior fee earners and partners. Quality, precision, and client care are central to this role.Key responsibilities include:

• Managing a very small case load of high value residential conveyancing files from instruction through to completion
• Handling high-value sales and purchases with minimal supervision
• Liaising with clients, agents, lenders, and solicitors professionally and efficiently
• Preparing legal documentation and ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements
• Maintaining excellent client service throughout the transaction process

About You

• Previous experience as a Conveyancing Paralegal (or similar role) is essential
• Confident handling residential conveyancing transactions
• Highly organised with strong attention to detail
• Client-focused with excellent communication skills
• Comfortable working in a modern, fast-paced law firm environment
