Conveyancer/Residential Property Solicitor Location: Sutton (fully office based) Contract Type: Fixed-Term Contract (3-6 months) Rate: £25-£30 per hour (dependent on experience)

Key Requirements

• Proven experience in a similar role
• Strong organisational and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and adapt quickly in a new environment
• High attention to detail and problem-solving capability
• Proficiency in relevant tools, systems, or technologies relating to the role

Desirable Skills

• Experience working in a contract or interim capacity
• Familiarity with fast-paced or project-driven environments
