This is a brand-new role created due to continued growth and a consistently high volume of work.About the Role You will manage your own portfolio of Residential Conveyancing files from instruction through to completion, working within a supportive and friendly team. The firm prides itself on offering genuine progression opportunities - both current Partners began their careers as Paralegals and have grown with the business.Key Responsibilities

• Managing a full caseload of residential conveyancing matters
• Handling files from start to finish with minimal supervision
• Providing proactive, client-focused service
• Working collaboratively within a small, close-knit team

About You We are looking for candidates who can demonstrate:

• Minimum 2 years' experience running a residential conveyancing caseload - either pre or post qualification
• Strong organisational skills and the ability to work independently
• A proactive approach and resilient work ethic
• Excellent communication and client-care skills
