Senior Conveyancer (Solicitor or Legal Executive)

We are seeking an experienced and commercially-minded Senior Conveyancer (Solicitor or Legal Executive) to join a growing team based in the beautiful North Devon area, this is an exciting opportunity to work within a dynamic and supportive environment, where you'll be able to manage your own caseload while receiving appropriate support.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage a busy caseload of residential conveyancing transactions, including sales, purchases, remortgages, and transfers of equity, both freehold and leasehold.
• Provide expert legal advice to clients, ensuring a high level of service and client satisfaction
• Handle more complex conveyancing matters as required, including development work, shared ownerships, easements and other bespoke drafting.
• Maintain strong client relationships, fostering repeat business and ensuring a positive client experience throughout the process.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and internal processes.
• Work collaboratively with other members of the team, providing support when required, and assisting in the development of junior team members.

About You

• Ideally, you will have at least 3 years' PQE working as a residential conveyancing fee earner in a busy environment.
• You should be able to manage your own caseload with minimal supervision, demonstrating strong organisational and time-management skills.
• You should have experience in a wide range of residential transactions and be willing to learn or have experience handling more complex conveyancing processes.
