We are looking for a AI Engineer - Conversational AI / Chatbot Specialist to join an exciting project with a leading multinational client in the automotive sector.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy chatbots and conversational AI applications using platforms like Cognigy, Salesforce Einstein Bots, Microsoft Bot Framework, or Dialogflow.
• Build and optimize conversation flows, managing intents, entities, context, and natural dialogues.
• Integrate Generative AI technologies (e.g., GPT models) to enhance chatbot personalization and performance.
• Build quick Proof of Concepts (PoCs) to validate new ideas in conversational AI.
• Test and evaluate chatbot solutions, focusing on response quality, safety, and ethical standards.
• Stay updated with emerging AI and chatbot trends (e.g., Agentic AI) and continuously integrate improvements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product managers, UX designers, developers) to deliver best-in-class conversational experiences.
• Ensure chatbot solutions meet standards of security, scalability, and user experience excellence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
• Hands-on experience building and deploying chatbots and conversational AI solutions.
• Proficiency in Python, Go, or C++.
• Strong understanding of Natural Language Processing (NLP) and Machine Learning (ML).
• Practical experience with AI frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar.
• Experience with open-source platforms such as Hugging Face.
• Prior experience with Generative AI models (e.g., GPT-3, GPT-4 or similar).

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
• Knowledge of data privacy, security best practices, and ethical AI guidelines.
• Experience deploying scalable chatbot solutions in production environments.
