Contract specialist:

Contract 10-month contract role (with potential to extend)

The role focuses on customer operations, contract renewals, service coordination, and order management, including:

• Managing customer relationships around renewals
• Maintaining and validating installed base/inventory data
• Preparing service contracts
• Processing orders in SAP
• Coordinating with vendors including Cisco, Alcatel, and Luware

We're looking for someone with experience in contract management, customer operations, renewals, or service coordination, ideally with exposure to SAP, Salesforce, or similar systems.
