Contracts Manager (Operations)

We are seeking an experienced Contract Manager (Operations) to strengthen governance and performance across a diverse housing portfolio. This is a high-impact role with strong visibility and autonomy.

Reporting to the Head of Commercial Operations, you'll lead contract management frameworks, ensuring compliance, performance and risk are effectively managed across leases, SLAs and management agreements.

Location: Clerkenwell, London (Hybrid)

Rate: £34.00 per hour

Contract: 6 months+

Start: ASAP

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and manage contract governance frameworks
• Monitor KPIs, performance and compliance
• Lead audits, risk management and corrective actions
• Manage stakeholder and partner relationships
• Handle contract changes, breaches and reporting to senior leaders
