Your new role
As Contracts Manager, you will take responsibility for the successful delivery of a portfolio of construction projects, providing leadership and direction from pre-construction through to completion and handover.Working closely with Project Managers, Site Managers, commercial teams and other key stakeholders, you will oversee programme performance, resources, quality and health & safety while ensuring projects are delivered in line with client expectations and contractual requirements.A significant part of the position will involve providing strong leadership to project teams, identifying and resolving potential issues at an early stage and maintaining effective relationships with clients, consultants and supply-chain partners.This is a senior role that offers considerable autonomy and the opportunity to influence how projects are delivered while contributing to the continued development and success of the wider business.

What you'll need to succeed
To be considered, you will ideally have a proven track record in a Contracts Manager, Senior Project Manager or similar senior construction management position within the building sector.You will bring strong knowledge of construction delivery, programming and contract management, combined with the commercial awareness required to oversee multiple projects effectively. Just as importantly, you will be a confident communicator and experienced leader, capable of supporting site management teams while maintaining excellent relationships with clients and key project stakeholders.A relevant construction qualification would be advantageous, although demonstrable experience successfully managing significant building projects will be equally important.
