Our client is a large local government organisation and looking for an experienced Contracts Manager to join their team
This is initially a 3 month contract which may be extended for the right candidate
You will
Pro-active customer focused lift contracts manager. The candidate will have strong technical background and experience with managing lift maintenance, preferably with some experience in social housing.
The candidate will be able to multitask and enjoy working in a fast paced multi departmental environment. They will have first hand experience of complying to LOLER regulations and be familiar with implementing BSEN 81 regulations to achieve compliance.
Candidate will be responsible for maintaining all residential passenger lift and hoists in the businee. The candidate will have to deal with a range of differing equipment installed over pass 5 decades until present. They will need to support the installation on new equipment and liaise directly with our residents to ensure the required service levels are being met.
PLEASE NOTE THIS ROLE IS INSIDE SCOPE OF IR35
