Contracts Manager: Drive On-Time, On-Budget Construction

The Gelder Group in Lincoln is seeking an experienced Contracts Manager to deliver a variety of construction projects on time and within budget. You will oversee projects ranging from £100k to £10m across multiple sectors.

Ideal candidates will have a minimum of 3 years' experience, strong communication skills, and a valid UK driving licence. Responsibilities include formulating contract programmes, issuing progress reports, and managing health & safety adherence.
