As aContracts Manager, you will be responsible for managing a wide range of licensing, software, and services contracts to meet stakeholder and enterprise requirements. Your role will ensure contracts are strategically aligned, legally sound, accurate, and current. You will also manage the framework by which all contracts are governed, including the implementation and ongoing administration of Hexagon's Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) system.

This role supports Procurement leadership and includes formalizing, reviewing, and maintaining contracts to reflect changing business needs. It will also involve assessing existing agreements for potential mid-term amendments and establishing new contracts where required.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own, review, and execute new and renewal contracts and related documentation.
  • Ensure contracts and associated materials are managed through Hexagon's CLM tool.
  • Improve contract coverage across key purchasing categories.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to align on contract requirements.
  • Support and occasionally lead supplier negotiations to secure optimal outcomes for Hexagon.
  • Onboard existing and new contracts into the CLM system and use the tool for reporting and KPI tracking.
  • Partner with the Legal team to ensure contract terms meet compliance and business expectations.
  • Provide guidance and support to end-users on contract queries.
  • Assist in defining and monitoring contract management frameworks and guidelines.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Degree in a technical, commercial, or legal discipline, or advanced diploma in purchasing (or equivalent).
  • Professional registration or affiliation is advantageous but not required.
  • Proven experience in purchasing, procurement, or contract management within a corporate, technology, or industrial environment.
  • In-depth knowledge of contract management principles, best practices, and systems.
  • Ability to build and manage effective relationships across departments and international regions

  • Comfortable with digital tools, particularly CLM platforms.
  • Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.
