Contracts Manager role, Blackpool based, salary approx c£50k

THE ROLE

• Overseeing and mentor asmall team to deliver installations, service and commissioning of engineering equipment.
• Review ofcontracts with customers, suppliers and sub-contractors & ensure they're in line with company policy.
• Develop internal contracts strategies, reporting systems, plus enhance delivery and operational procedures for engineering teams.
• Put together aplanning and scheduling system as the service offering develops, enhancing UK sub-contract engineering partners.
• Monitor project performance against programme, budget, quality and contractual requirements.

THE PERSON

• We're seeking a commercially minded service or contracts manager within the engineering and construction field.
• Ability to manage contract agreements with customers and suppliers.
• Experienceof managing a small team.

THE PACKAGE

• A basic salary of approx c£50k.
• Bonus approx £2k
• 25 days holiday.
• Potential to work your hours Monday-Thursday, with Friday off.

THE LOCATION

Based in the Blackpool office, with easy access off the M55.
You'll ideally be based within a nearby commute.
