Contracts Manager

AA Euro Group has been retained to recruit a Contracts Manager to oversee data centre projects in Germany and Sweden.

The Role:

• Oversee contracts and commercial performance across both projects in Germany and Sweden with regular reporting of cost projections & status to the Operations Director.
• Support the Project Managers in managing costs, procurement, and subcontractor agreements.
• Ensure compliance with contract obligations, risk management, and reporting.
• Build strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors.
• Monitor project progress and ensure deliverables align with scope and schedule.
• Ensure all Health & Safety, Quality, and Environmental standards are met.

Requirements:

• Experience in contracts or project management within construction, or electrical projects.
• Strong commercial awareness, understanding of contract law and risk management.
• Experience working on large-scale industrial or data centre projects is an advantage.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• EU passport or valid work permit for Germany and Sweden required.
