Multifab Metals Engineering Ltd is a leading steel fabrication and installation specialist with over 25 years of experience. We're looking for an experienced Contracts Manager to oversee end-to-end delivery of structural steel and secondary steelwork projects.

Manage projects from tender through to completion.

Prepare and review tenders, contracts, and cost reports.

Attend client, design, and pre-contract meetings.

Oversee site operations, subcontractors, and plant logistics.

Control budgets, schedules, and scope changes.

Produce client proposals and maintain accurate project documentation.

Minimum 5 years' experience in contracts/project management within steelwork or construction.

Strong negotiation, communication, and organisational skills.

Able to read technical drawings and price materials.

Proficient in Excel, Word, and MS Projects.

Confident working independently and collaboratively.
