Exciting Contract Manager opportunity across Oxford and Berkshire for a leading residential developer. Overseeing multiple traditional build housing schemes, ranging from 50 to 250+ units. Managing a team of multiple Project and Site Managers to complete projects on time, in budget and to a high quality.

Our client has 8 sites live currently, both private and H/A sites. Mainly low rise trad build houses/flats between 2-5 bedrooms, however a couple will have RC frame elements. This Contract Manager role would oversee 4 live sites, with 2 in planning. Reporting straight into the Director.

Responsibilities for Contract Managers

• Manage a team of around to 4 Senior Managers.
• Helping to implement new procedures
• Liaising with clients

Requirements for Contract Manager:

• Worked on multiple large residential schemes.
• Taken projects from planning to handover.
