Contracts Manager

Heritage Restoration Project - 2 days on site (North Dublin) per week - Hybrid Working

The CSR Group has a new opportunity for a Contracts Manager based in Northern Ireland, with two midweek days on site per week. Reporting to the Construction Director, you will initially be responsible for a £25m restoration project in North Dublin.

Highly attractive salary of £90,000 - £110,000 plus package.

Criteria

• Main Contractor background
• Ability to deliver projects on time and to high standards
• Proven track record of successfully delivering projects valued at £20m+
• Experience in planning and monitoring project programmes to budgets and resources, ensuring delivery within time and cost constraints
• Proficiency in IT and industry-standard software
• Ambitious and self-motivated
• Strong communication skills, confident and professional with all levels of staff and clients
• Experience in managing and developing a team

Duties

• Reporting to the Construction Director
• Managing and motivating site teams
• Planning project resources and monitoring against budgets
• Preparing and overseeing work programmes to meet deadlines
• Maintaining excellent client relationships
• Providing technical leadership and expertise
