Contracts Manager - Property Reinstatement (Hybrid)

Ips-Regional in South Yorkshire is seeking an experienced Contracts Manager to oversee a portfolio of domestic repair and reinstatement projects arising from insurance claims. You will ensure work is delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to the agreed quality standards, while coordinating with surveyors, contractors, insurers and customers.

The role focuses on monitoring progress, controlling costs, resolving issues, and maintaining strong contractor relationships across multiple
