Contracts Manager - Kitchens & Bathrooms (Social Housing)

We are recruiting for a driven, commercially aware Contracts Manager to oversee multiple refurbishment contracts across Yorkshire, covering Selby, Harrogate, Richmond and surrounding areas.

As a Contracts Manager, you will take full responsibility for the delivery of kitchen and bathroom refurbishment programmes, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget and to the highest quality standards.

You will manage multiple sites, lead operational teams, and take ownership of performance, client relationships and commercial outcomes.

• Manage multiple social housing refurbishment contracts (kitchens & bathrooms)
• Oversee projects from pre-start through to completion
• Ensure delivery against programme, budget and quality targets
• Lead and manage site teams and subcontractors
• Maintain strong relationships with clients, residents and stakeholders
• Monitor and control costs, variations and contract performance
• Ensure compliance with health & safety and regulatory standards
• Drive continuous improvement across projects and teams

• Proven experience as a Contracts Manager / Project Manager in social housing or planned works
• Strong background in kitchen and bathroom refurbishment projects
• Experience managing multiple sites and programmes
• Good understanding of JCT contracts and frameworks
• Strong commercial awareness and financial management skills
• Ability to lead teams and deliver results in a fast-paced environment
• A proactive, hands on "doer" with a strong work ethic
• Full UK driving licence

• Competitive salary: £50,000 - £60,000
