On offer is a role overseeing projects from small reactive works to larger tendered contracts, building strong client relationships, and making key decisions on scheduling, resourcing, and project delivery.

This family-run, multi-discipline engineering business specialises in mechanical, electrical, and HVAC works. The small, collaborative team allows you to grow, influence operations, and develop your leadership skills.

Manage projects end-to-end, run site surveys, prepare quotes and reports, allocate engineers, liaise with clients, oversee subcontractors, ensure HSEQ compliance, mentor staff, and keep accurate records. Occasional long days or weekends may be needed, with generous performance bonuses.

This role suits a senior engineer stepping up or an experienced contracts manager with strong leadership and client management experience, and a desire to take full ownership of projects.

The Role

• Manage projects end-to-end, including quotes, reports, engineers, subcontractors, HSEQ, client liaison, and site travel.
• Carry out site surveys and visits, mainly in Central London, to scope works and monitor progress
• £50,000 - £57,000 + Annual Bonus + Private Medical + Company Car

The Person

• Strong technical background in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, with hands-on or contract management experience
