Contracts Administrator - Construction Fit-Out (Onsite)

VANRATH is recruiting a Contracts Administrator for a well-established fit-out contractor based in Middlesbrough, on site. The role supports live projects, coordinating with project management teams to ensure contracts are administered accurately and records are complete from start to finish.

You will draft and issue contract paperwork, maintain contract registers, liaise with authorities for permits, and manage document control across subcontractors, suppliers and internal teams.
