Location: Field-Based - Scotland and Northern Ireland

Contract: Full-Time Permanent

Salary: Up to £52,000 DOE + Company Car & Bonus

We're hiring a Contractor Scheme Manager to lead performance and relationship management across our garaging network, ensuring their time and effort is focused to deliver great business and customer outcomes. This is a high-impact role focused on supplier accountability, service quality, and operational insight-perfect for someone with a strong background in network management and supply chain operations.

This is the job What will I be doing?

• Oversee and develop a portfolio of third-party contractors within our roadside and police support network
• Manage supplier performance through regular site visits, data-led reviews, and KPI reporting
• Proactively resolve service issues, complaints, and escalations to protect customer outcomes and brand reputation
• Lead quality inspections and ensure full compliance with legal and contractual standards
• Own supplier relationships-balancing commercial focus with operational partnership
• Support Auto Salvage site management, ensuring vehicles are processed lawfully and efficiently

What do I need?

• Solid experience in supplier, network, or contract management within a service or logistics environment
• Proven track record in performance analysis, complaint resolution, and relationship building
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint & Word
• Industry experience in automotive, recovery, or motor services highly desirable
• Clear communicator with a strategic mindset and hands-on leadership style
