Working 36.5 hours per week

Working in the south area of Birmingham as part of the gas operations team within the Asset management division.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for ensuring that the Gas regulations 1998 are adhered to within City Housing properties, and delivering a quality service to the residents of Birmingham City Council.
• You will be working as part of a small team of likewise skilled officers; you will need to have good people skills and have gas qualifications and AC's in core gas safety, CCN1, CENWAT, CKR, DAH1 and HTR1 as a minimum.

Qualifications

• Gas qualifications and AC's in core gas safety: CCN1, CENWAT, CKR, DAH1, HTR1 (minimum).
• Good people skills; able to work as part of a small team.
