Contract Training Lead - Utilities Transformation

North Highland is seeking Training Managers and Trainers to assist utility clients in delivering digital and organizational change across the AMP cycle. This role supports clients in the South of England with extensive travel possible.

You will work within the Energy & Utilities practice to design and implement training solutions, ensuring the effective adaptation of systems, processes, and workforce capabilities.

This is an initial 3-6 month contract that requires working on-site and is not eligible for visa sponsorship.
