We are looking for a Contract Specialist to support customer contract and service-related activities within a dynamic and customer-focused environment. In this role, you will manage customer relationships, coordinate contract renewals, and support internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth operational execution.
Requirements:
Manage customer relationships for contract renewals
Build and maintain customer inventory (installed base / assets)
Present and validate inventory with customers
Prepare and formalize contracts
Execute orders in SAP
Coordinate ordering and partner interactions (Cisco, Alcatel, Luware, etc.)
Maintain and update ticketing tools
Competences:
2-3 years of experience in a similar role
Solid commercial or technical background or equivalent qualification
Experience managing contracts and/or service-related activities
Strong MS Office skills, ideally with SAP, Salesforce, or similar tools
Structured, autonomous, and customer-oriented working style
Strong communication and organizational skills with a collaborative mindset
Pragmatic and solution-oriented approach
Ability to manage multiple priorities in parallel
