Your new role
As a Contract Specialist, you will play a key role in shaping supplier partnerships and ensuring the effective delivery of sourcing and contracting activity at a global level. You will lead small to medium negotiations, manage the full contracting life cycle, and ensure all documentation, requisitions, and compliance processes are completed with accuracy and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead negotiations on commercial terms, fees and contract renewals
• Conduct market and financial analysis to support contract decisions
• Manage new and renewal contracts across multiple categories
• Support supplier onboarding and life cycle management
• Collaborate with stakeholders and cross-functional teams to deliver sourcing outcomes
• Prepare reporting, insights, and presentations for procurement leadership
• Contribute to tail-spend initiatives, risk management, and continuous improvement efforts

What you'll need to succeed

• Strong knowledge of procurement categories and contract management
• Proven experience negotiating commercial terms and fees
• Expert in contract negotiation, renewals and supplier management
• In-depth knowledge of commercial and contract law
• Degree or CIPS related qualifactions would be desriable
• Proficient in the MS Suite (Excel, Word & PowerPoint) and Contract Management Systems
