Contract Opportunity: Lead Salesforce Consultant / Business Analyst

Location: Remote (UK-based)

Duration: 6 Months

Engagement: Outside IR35

Rate: £400-£500 per day

I've partnered with a leading Salesforce Partner who are looking at expanding the team after winning some projects in the Energy & Utilities sector. To start they are looking for a Lead Salesforce Consultant / Business Analyst to join their team on a contract basis. Following a string of successful project wins, they're scaling up delivery capacity and need a seasoned expert to help shape and drive client outcomes.

This is a hands-on role where you'll lead discovery, define requirements, and guide solution design across multiple utility-focused Salesforce implementations.

• Lead client workshops and translate business needs into Salesforce solutions
• Define and document functional requirements, user stories, and process flows
• Collaborate with technical teams to ensure solutions align with best practices
• Advise on Salesforce product capabilities, particularly within the Energy & Utilities context
• Support delivery across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and industry-specific modules
• Act as a trusted advisor to stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle

• Proven track record as a Salesforce Consultant or BA (5+ years)
• Strong domain knowledge in Energy / Utilities (e.g. grid operations, customer service, field service)
• Experience working with Salesforce Partners or consultancies
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills
• Familiarity with Agile delivery and Salesforce implementation methodologies
