Contract Packer

Overview

Location: Long Lawford, Rugby (CV23)

Pay Rate: £12.71 per hour

Contract Type: Short-term contract (up to 12 weeks initially, with potential to go permanent)

Working Hours: Full-time, 40 hours per week (start time 8:00am or 9:00am)

Key Responsibilities

• Picking items from the warehouse to match order requirements
• Packing products securely and accurately for distribution
• Labelling packages correctly and checking orders before dispatch
• Keeping your work area clean, tidy, and organised
• Working safely and following quality standards at all times

Requirements

• Previous picking or packing experience preferred, but not essential
• Good attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Good physical fitness for manual handling tasks
• Reliable and punctual
• Fluent in both Polish and English would be beneficial, as the on-site trainer is Polish-speaking
