Contract Military Law Research Associate Litigation & Admin

The Litigation Wing of the Indian Army is inviting applications from qualified legal professionals for the role of Military Law Research Associate. This is a unique opportunity to engage in diverse service and administrative law matters, work closely with military personnel, and gain hands-on experience in litigation.

Appointments will be made on a contractual basis, with postings at multiple locations across India.

Applicants must meet the following requirements:

• LL.B. degree with minimum 55% marks from a Bar Council-recognised institution

• At least 2 years of experience as an Advocate, Research Associate, or Legal Assistant

• Qualified the AIBE (All India Bar Examination)

• Preferably a Postgraduate in Law

• Strong skills in legal research and writing

• Familiarity with online legal databases such as eSCR, SCC Online, and Manupatra
