Contract Manager

• Proven experience as a Contracts Manager within the construction industry.
• Extensive knowledge of R.C Frameworks and groundworks.
• Valid driving licence is essential; a vehicle will be provided.
• Strong understanding of construction contracts, health & safety regulations, and project management processes.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team to ensure project success.
