Job Role: Contracts Manager
Working Hours: 40 hours per week, Mondayto Friday - flexible to meet the needs of the business
Salary: £32,000-£35,000 per annum + carallowance/company car
Location: Hybrid/Field-Based - with regular travel to customer sites acrossthe UK and attendance at meetings at our Chester Head Office.

Overview
A n excitingopportunity has arisen to join Anchor Group Services as a Contracts Manager,overseeing the delivery of security services across a portfolio of customersites.
This is a fantastic opportunityto join a growing organisation where you will play a key role in ensuringoperational excellence, client satisfaction, compliance, and commercialperformance across a diverse national portfolio.
You will be responsible forleading Site Managers, Security Supervisors, and frontline security teams,ensuring all sites consistently deliver against contractual requirements, KeyPerformance Indicators (KPIs), and customer expectations. Reporting to theOperations Director, you will act as the primary operational contact for keyclients, developing strong stakeholder relationships and driving continuousimprovement across the portfolio.
The successful candidate will bea highly organised operational leader with experience managing multi-sitesecurity contracts and a strong understanding of logistics, warehousing,distribution, and commercial environments.
A full UK driving licence andwillingness to travel nationally is essential.
Main Responsibilities
- Provide operational leadershipacross a portfolio of customer sites.
- Ensure all security services aredelivered in line with contractual requirements, Service Level Agreements(SLAs), and client expectations.
- Manage and support SiteManagers, Security Supervisors and onsite security officers across multiplelocations.
- Conduct regular siteinspections, audits, and quality assurance visits to ensure compliance andservice excellence.
- Build and maintain strongrelationships with key client stakeholders, acting as the primary escalationpoint for operational matters.
- Lead KPI review meetings andprovide detailed management information and performance reports.
- Ensure full compliance with SIArequirements, company policies, assignment instructions, GDPR, and Health &Safety legislation.
- Investigate incidents, securitybreaches, complaints, and operational challenges, implementing correctiveactions where required.
- Support business continuityplanning and ensure sites remain resilient to operational disruptions.
- Manage labour deployment,workforce planning, recruitment requirements, and absence management across theportfolio.
- Conduct performance reviews,welfare meetings, investigations, and disciplinary processes in partnershipwith HR.
- Monitor contract performance,budgets, and labour costs to ensure efficient and commercially viable servicedelivery.
- Identify opportunities forcontinuous improvement, innovation, and added value for clients.
- Support contract mobilisation,variation requests, and business growth opportunities where required.
- Maintain accurate operational records, audittrails, risk assessments, and compliance documentation.
- Experience within logistics, warehousing, distribution, orindustrial environments is desirable.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate,develop, and manage remote teams.
- Excellent client relationship management and stakeholderengagement experience.
- Strong commercial awareness with experience managing staffingbudgets and contract performance.
- Excellent communication, organisational, and problem-solvingskills.
- Experience managing service delivery against KPIs andcontractual requirements.
- Good understanding of SIA regulations, Health & Safetylegislation, risk management, and security compliance standards.
- Experience conducting audits, investigations, and operationalreviews.
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365 applications including Outlook,Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Experience using workforce management systems such asTimegate, Partner System, or similar platforms.
- Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel regularly tocustomer sites across the UK.
- Full 5-year checkable employment history.
