Are you an experienced Facilities Management professional looking to take the next step in your career? Sodexo is seeking an experienced Contract Manager to lead the delivery of integrated Facilities Management services across two higher education buildings in Dublin.
Reporting to the Contract Director, you'll take ownership of the day to day operational delivery of both hard and soft FM services, leading multidisciplinary teams while ensuring exceptional service delivery, compliance, financial performance and client satisfaction.
What you'll be doingAs Contract Manager, you will:
- Lead the delivery of integrated Facilities Management services across a prestigious PPP contract.
- Manage multidisciplinary teams, including managers, technicians and frontline colleagues.
- Oversee both hard and soft services, ensuring contractual KPIs and Service Level Agreements are consistently achieved.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, contractors and service partners.
- Manage operational budgets, financial performance and cost efficiencies.
- Ensure legislative compliance, health & safety standards and contractor management processes are maintained.
- Oversee planned preventative maintenance, reactive works and lifecycle projects.
- Drive continuous improvement, innovation and operational excellence across the contract.
- Lead performance management, coaching and development of site management teams.
- Support emergency response, business continuity planning and incident management.
We're looking for a confident and commercially minded Facilities Management professional with:
- Previous experience managing Facilities Management contracts within a customer facing environment.
- Experience leading multidisciplinary operational teams.
- Strong knowledge of hard and soft FM services, including contractor management.
- An understanding of HVAC, Mechanical & Electrical systems, Fire Protection and Building Management Systems (BMS).
- Experience managing budgets, KPIs, SLAs and contract performance.
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication and leadership skills.
- A recognised qualification in Facilities Management, Engineering, Building Services or a related discipline.
- IOSH or NEBOSH qualification and professional membership (BIFM, CIBSE or equivalent) are highly desirable.
- Ability to satisfy Garda Vetting requirements.
