Contract Manager

Key Requirements:

• Strong experience with NEC4 contracts and public sector environments.

• Proven background in contract negotiations and post-contract commercial management.

• Experience managing large, complex contracts with robust governance processes.

• Skilled in change control, assessing impacts, and tracking variations and claims.

• Ability to deliver contracts meeting quality, time, and budget SLAs.

• Strong stakeholder management skills at senior levels.

• Knowledge of risk management processes and commercial strategy alignment.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee contract administration and commercial management across multiple areas.

• Ensure contracts deliver agreed outcomes and escalate issues as needed.

• Maintain effective contract management processes, including variations, claims, and performance monitoring.

• Support strategy through commercial insights and proactive engagement with business areas.

• Manage change control processes and document related actions and responsibilities.

Additional:

• Experience in large programme delivery or major complex programmes is preferred.

Pay rate: £515/day Inside IR35
