Contract Manager - Learning and Development

Heathrow's award-winning Procurement team is seeking a Contract Manager to enhance its capabilities in Learning & Development sourcing and contract management. This role supports the Corporate Services agenda across Heathrow's functional directorates, focusing on building strong relationships and delivering 'best-in-class' procurement.
This position involves managing an annual Learning & Development spend of at least £7m with strategic partners and suppliers. You will collaborate with colleagues to implement Heathrow's Learning & Development strategy aligned with business priorities, identify value-adding opportunities, develop sourcing strategies, and manage risks through contracting and supplier relationships.
