Leading €100m turnover main contractor is seeking an experienced Contract Manager to oversee a portfolio of apartment and education projects across Dublin and Leinster. This is a senior leadership role offering excellent long-term career progression with a well-established contractor delivering high-quality residential and public sector developments.

Manage multiple projects from pre-construction through delivery

Lead project teams across apartment and education schemes

Ensure projects are delivered safely, on programme and within budget

Oversee client relationships, subcontractors and commercial performance

Drive quality standards and operational efficiency across all sites

Report directly to senior management and contribute to business growth

Proven experience in a Contract Manager / Senior Project Manager role

Strong background with main contractors on residential or education projects

Excellent leadership and client-facing skills

Track record delivering large-scale construction projects successfully

Degree qualified in Construction Management, Engineering or related discipline preferred

Salary circa €130,000
