Contract Hire and Leasing ManagerField Based Role - South England

We are seeking an ambitious and commercially driven Contract Hire & Leasing Manager to lead the development of our contract hire and leasing channels. This is an exciting opportunity to join a rapidly growing automotive brand and play a key role in expanding fleet sales, building strategic partnerships, and delivering profitable growth across B2B and B2C markets.

As Contract Hire & Leasing Manager, you will be responsible for developing and growing key fleet, leasing and contract hire partnerships while maximising sales performance and profitability.

Key responsibilities include:

• Developing and implementing strategic plans to increase fleet and leasing sales volume.
• Building and managing relationships with leasing companies, brokers, fleet operators and key corporate customers.
• Identifying and securing new business opportunities within the contract hire and leasing sector.
• Managing regional and national customer accounts to maximise sales opportunities.
• Leading customer tenders, proposals and commercial negotiations.
• Using CRM systems effectively to drive business development and customer engagement.
• Accurately forecasting sales demand and working closely with internal teams and dealer partners.
• Promoting brand awareness through customer events, networking opportunities, digital engagement and industry activities.
• Collaborating with internal stakeholders to improve processes and deliver business objectives.

To be successful in this role, you will possess:

• Proven experience within automotive fleet sales, leasing or contract hire.
• A track record of consistently achieving and exceeding sales targets.
• Strong account management and business development skills.
• Excellent stakeholder management and relationship-building ability.
• A comprehensive understanding of leasing, vehicle funding and fleet management.
• Experience using CRM platforms to manage customer activity and sales pipelines.
• Strong commercial awareness and negotiation skills.
• A proactive, self-motivated approach with the ability to work independently.
• Full UK driving licence.

What's on Offer?

• £52,000 basic salary.
• Monthly incentive scheme worth up to £21,600 annually.
• Annual performance bonus of up to 15% (£7,800).
• Total on-target earnings approaching £81,000+.
