Contract: Employer Brand & Recruitment Marketing Lead

Convatec is seeking an experienced Employer Brand & Recruitment Marketing Manager to shape and deliver our employer brand and recruitment marketing strategy. The fixed-term maternity cover will deliver impact quickly, prioritise effectively, and drive results through smart, low-cost channels.

You will own the EVP, translate it into job ad frameworks and recruiter toolkits, and run targeted campaigns while ensuring a compelling candidate experience across channels.
