Salary: £30,000 PA
Location: Leighton Buzzard
Job Type: Permanent
Hours: Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm

About the Role

We are seeking a proactive and organised Contract Administrator / Coordinator to join our team. This role is key in ensuring smooth administration and coordination of contracts, working closely with engineers and other team members, and providing excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and support contract administration processes, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
  • Coordinate schedules and work plans with engineers and other operational staff.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for customer queries, providing professional and timely communication.
  • Liaise with internal teams to ensure projects and contracts run smoothly.
  • Prepare and maintain reports, records, and documentation related to contracts.
  • Support senior management with administrative tasks as required.
Requirements
  • Previous experience in an administrative or contract support/coordinator role
  • Strong organisational and multitasking skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Confident and professional when dealing with clients and colleagues.
  • Customer-focused, with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and scheduling tools.
  • Familiarity with contract management software.
