Contract Commerce Assistant (with Chinese)

Main Responsibilities
- Carry out a certain specific task in a specific region under guidance, and complete daily business operations in a timely and accurate manner.
- Independently execute a certain specific task in a specific region, complete routine business operations in a timely and accurate manner, and identify and resolve general business problems.
- Summarize experience in business practices and output related summaries and cases.
- Be responsible for transaction processing in a specific region. (e.g. contract signing/documentation, PO/registration, billing, change, closure, etc.) Manage and execute the operation of the, and make improvements based on business objectives and gaps.
- Incentive management: Interpret contract clauses, analyze incentive granting conditions, and register the conditions in the system. Communicate with the project team regularly, calculate the amount of incentives to be granted, and record the amount in the system. Reconciliation and write-off after incentive used.
- Resolve abnormal PO/invoice issues: Be familiar with transaction processes such as PO, change, and billing, communicate with the HQ SSC and project team, and assist in resolving abnormal issues.
- Execute the Manage Contract Execution (MCE) process and act as the PC to improve process compliance and operation quality.
Qualifications
- Have knowledge and skills required for transaction fulfillment, such as telecom foundation, commercial and trade foundation, risk management, transaction fulfillment, and contract interpretation.
- Have a strong sense of responsibility and spirit of hardship.
- Have professional ethics and confidentiality awareness.
- Have teamwork awareness and strong learning ability.
- Knowledge of accounting, finance and legal background is preferred.
- Be good at data analysis, interpersonal communication, read through contract clauses, strong initiative, analyze and solve problems.
