Contract Client Director

Joining this strategic brand experience agency in London on an initial 3-month contract, starting May 2026, you'll be leading client relationships and driving strategic partnership outcomes. This studio operates an on site working model, with 4 x days on site, ideally Monday - Thursday.

The Role

Day-to-day, you'll manage and nurture relationships with key clients, develop and execute strategic plans to drive growth and maximise client value and serve as the primary point of contact between clients and internal teams.

Collaborating with the creative, strategy, and production teams to deliver high quality work on time and on budget, you'll monitor project performance, scope, budgets, and profitability, as well as take the lead on presentations, pitches, and client meetings.

The Person

We're looking for experienced client services experts - who are not only able to manage senior client and account management, but also be hands on in the mix of things. You'll have clear account management experience from leading agencies across brand and strategy, paired with excellent communication and leadership skills.

We want to speak to strategic thinkers with strong negotiation and problem solving abilities, who have familiarity with project management tools and client reporting.
