Job Description
Bennett And Game Recruitment is seeking a Contract Clerk of Works to support residential developments across Northumberland and Durham. You will carry out quality inspections on behalf of major UK housebuilders, identify defects, monitor build quality and ensure works meet NHBC standards.
Travel between sites is required and expenses are reimbursed; an immediate start is available for an experienced construction professional with strong attention to detail.
