Contract Architect - Logistics Redevelopment (Stage 3-4)

An architectural recruitment agency in Greater London seeks a self-sufficient Contract Architect to assist in a significant logistics/commercial redevelopment project. Candidates should have 5-10 years of post-Part 3 experience, a strong understanding of structural systems, and be comfortable in a Design & Build context. The role involves leading design information for RIBA Stages 3 & 4 and is expected to last for around 3-4 months, with a potential re-engagement thereafter. Competitive hourly rates are provided.
