Responsibilities

• Manage the full lifecycle of contracts, from drafting and negotiation to execution and completion.
• Prepare and review commercial and event contracts, including new agreements, addenda, and legal documents.
• Draft lease agreements, loss settlement contracts, and other related agreements.
• Advise on contract design and legal implications for new contracts and addenda.
• Support legal matters related to purchase obligations and maintenance.
• Follow up on legal correspondence with internal and external parties.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree (HBO/WO) in Law.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to work carefully under pressure.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience or interest in hospitality or real estate is a plus.
• Adaptability and the ability to switch quickly between tasks.
• Proactive mindset and ability to prioritize.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with SAP/ERP is desirable.
