The Opportunity

Our client is a rapidly expanding automotive manufacturer undergoing significant growth across the UK market.

With ambitious plans across fleet, leasing, salary sacrifice and corporate channels, they are seeking an experienced Contract Hire & Leasing Manager to drive strategic partnerships and commercial performance within the leasing sector.

This is a high-profile role offering the opportunity to influence business growth, shape channel strategy and work directly with some of the UK's leading leasing companies, brokers and fleet partners.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the UK leasing and contract hire strategy.
• Build and manage relationships with major leasing and fleet operators.
• Grow vehicle registrations through broker, leasing and salary sacrifice channels.
• Negotiate commercial agreements and partnership programmes.
• Work closely with finance, marketing and sales teams to optimise market performance.
• Analyse competitor activity, market trends and portfolio performance.
• Deliver accurate forecasts and strategic recommendations to senior leadership.
• Support dealer network development within the corporate and fleet sector.

Candidate Profile

We are keen to speak with candidates who possess:

• Proven experience within an OEM, leasing company, captive finance organisation or major broker.
• Strong understanding of contract hire, leasing, fleet sales and salary sacrifice products.
• Existing relationships across key leasing and broker accounts.
• Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills.
• Experience managing strategic partnerships and delivering volume growth.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
