Contract Analyst - Construction & Compliance (UK)

Welltower is seeking a Contract Analyst to oversee and administer contracts for capital projects based in London. You will prepare and review contracts, ensure compliance with policy, and support budgets and vendor relations.

The role requires 1-2 years of contracts administration experience, familiarity with UK regulations, and strong communication skills. You will report to the Senior Contract Analyst in Capital Administration and work closely with cross-functional teams.
