Contract / Legal Assurance Manager - Dublin or Cavan About The Job

We are seeking an experienced Contract / Legal Assurance Manager to strengthen our commercial and legal governance across all projects.

This Senior position within the Group is ideal for someone with a Commercial/Legal degree but with a strong knowledge of various forms of construction contracts.

Key Responsibilities

• Review and analyse contract conditions at tender and preferred bidder stages
• Produce contract documentation, trackers, and guidance for project teams
• Support project teams on contractual matters throughout project delivery
• Manage and oversee contractual compliance systems across all projects
• Lead resolution of contractual matters
• Develop and maintaininternal contract templates and procedures
• Deliver training to improve contract awareness and consistency
• Monitor compliance through trackers and reporting tools

Key Requirements

• Degree in Law, Construction Law, construction economics or a related discipline
• E xperience in a similar role within a main contractor or construction environment
• Proven experience incontract negotiation, risk management, and claims handling
• Ability to communicate complex contractual issues clearly to non-legal stakeholders
