Continuous Improvement Lead: Data & Lean Coach

Amey is seeking a Performance and Continuous Improvement Lead in the West Midlands to drive data-led improvement across Complex Facilities and Defence contracts. You will work with front-line teams, coaching CI practices and leading Lean/Six Sigma projects to achieve cost savings and performance gains.

This role requires travel to operational sites (minimum three days per week) and close collaboration with RAMS and NAMS representatives to embed a CI culture throughout the contract.
