Our client is seeking a Contentious Probate Solicitor (4+ PQE) to join its growing Private Wealth Disputes team in Reading.

This is an excellent opportunity to handle a high-quality caseload of complex inheritance, trust and estate disputes, working alongside experienced specialists on behalf of high and ultra-high-net-worth individuals, families, charities and trustees.

The Role

• Manage your own contentious probate caseload
• Advise on Inheritance Act 1975 claims, will validity, proprietary estoppel and beneficiary disputes
• Handle executor and trustee disputes, trust litigation and estate administration disputes
• Conduct mediation, ADR and High Court litigation
• Develop client relationships and support business development

About You

• Qualified Solicitor with 4+ years' PQE
• Strong contentious probate, trusts litigation or commercial litigation experience with significant probate work
• Experience with Inheritance Act 1975 claims
• Excellent drafting, negotiation and advocacy skills
• Commercially aware, proactive and keen to develop within Private Wealth Disputes
