OVERVIEW:
This is an excellent opportunity to join an experienced Litigation team handling a broad range of complex and high value Contentious Probate disputes on behalf of a diverse client base. You will manage your own caseload from initial instruction through to resolution, providing clear and practical advice on sensitive and often complex private client litigation matters. Your responsibilities will include conducting legal research, carrying out early case assessments, drafting pleadings and court documentation, preparing matters for hearings, conferences and mediations, and ensuring compliance with court deadlines.

Applications are open to qualified Solicitors or Legal Executives with at least 5 years' litigation experience and a strong background in Contentious Probate matters. The successful candidate will possess excellent technical knowledge, strong organisational skills and a proactive, commercially minded approach, together with the confidence and sensitivity required when advising clients on emotionally challenging disputes.
